Here is a collection of our projects that involve re-using as many working and viable parts from various items as possible. We aim to reduce waste as much as possible during our repair cafes. Turning these parts into useful, working items is a good way to achieve this.
Media Centre PC
We first began this project when we acquired a Pine H64 single-board computer. This board comes with an Allwinner H64 SoC, 3GB RAM and built-in Bluetooth and WiFI. The project will incorporate a fan and a chipset heatsink for cooling the SoC and RAM. It will run the Armbian operating system from a 32GB removable eMMC module.
